Digital Art Drop

Privacy Policy

Digital Art Drop is a digital art platform operated by Albo Systems, LLC ("the Platform"). This policy describes how the Platform processes information when buyers purchase a Creator's digital work, when Creators publish works, and when visitors interact with the site.

Controllers

Albo Systems, LLC is the controller for data processed to run the Platform itself — checkout, payment status, fraud prevention, accounting, and platform-wide support. Individual Creators are independent controllers for any personal information they obtain in connection with their own works outside the Platform's standard checkout flow.

Information we process

Order references, payment status, the Creator and edition purchased, purchase amount, currency, timestamps, support messages, technical logs, fraud-prevention signals, and limited platform identifiers needed to route delivery to the correct buyer.

Card data

The Platform does not store full payment card numbers. Card data is handled by approved third-party payment providers. The Platform may receive limited payment metadata such as transaction status, provider reference, card brand, last four digits, country, and dispute or refund state.

How we use information

To display checkout pages, confirm whether an order was paid, route digital delivery to the correct buyer, answer support requests, detect abuse, manage refunds and disputes, settle payouts to Creators, maintain accounting records, and comply with legal or payment-network obligations.

Sharing with Creators

The Creator who published the work you purchased may receive the information needed to complete delivery and provide buyer-facing support for that specific order. Creators are contractually required to use this information only for the purposes set out in these terms.

Service providers

Payment processors, hosting providers, analytics or logging tools, fraud-prevention providers, professional advisers, and authorities where required by law.

Retention

Order, payment, support, and compliance records are kept for as long as needed to operate the Platform, resolve disputes, meet tax and accounting requirements, and comply with payment partner rules.

Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal information. Some records must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or payment dispute reasons.
