Terms of Service

Digital Art Drop is a digital art platform operated by Albo Systems, LLC ("the Platform"). The Platform enables independent artists ("Creators") to publish, sell, and deliver digital artwork to buyers. Albo Systems, LLC is not the seller of the artwork; the Creator who publishes the work is.

Age and eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to purchase digital products in your location, and authorized to use the payment method provided.

Platform role

The Platform provides the storefront, checkout, payment processing infrastructure, delivery rails, and buyer support routing. The Platform does not create the artwork it lists and makes no warranty regarding the originality, fitness for a particular purpose, or commercial value of any individual work. Each Creator is solely responsible for the legality, ownership, and content of the work they publish.

Digital delivery

Once a buyer's payment is confirmed, the corresponding digital edition is delivered electronically. Delivery timing can vary by payment provider review, fraud checks, and technical availability. Buyers receive access via the same channel the buy-link was issued through.

Buyer license

Unless an individual edition explicitly states otherwise, all works purchased through the Platform are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, sublicensing, redistribution, mass reproduction, training of machine-learning systems, and inclusion in third-party products are not permitted without the Creator's prior written consent.

Creator obligations

Creators warrant that they own or have licensed all rights in the works they publish, that the works do not infringe any third-party rights, and that the works comply with applicable law, payment network rules, and the Platform's content policy. Creators indemnify Albo Systems, LLC against claims arising from works they publish on the Platform.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by approved third-party payment providers. The Platform does not store full payment card numbers. Your bank, card issuer, or payment network may apply additional terms, fees, verification checks, or restrictions.

Refunds and disputes

Digital purchases are generally final once delivery is completed. The Platform reviews duplicate payments, failed delivery, technical issues, billing errors, and legally required refund requests. Please contact support before opening a payment dispute so the order can be investigated.

Acceptable use

The Platform may not be used for illegal content, content depicting minors, non-consensual content, harassment, impersonation, fraud, chargeback abuse, or activity that violates payment-network rules or applicable law. The Platform may remove works or suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Availability and changes

The Platform may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service to maintain security, comply with payment partner requirements, or meet legal obligations. These terms may be updated from time to time by publishing a revised version on this page.
