Refund Policy

Each work on Digital Art Drop is sold by an independent Creator. Albo Systems, LLC operates the Platform and processes refunds on behalf of Creators in line with this policy.

Digital, non-returnable goods

Digital editions are considered delivered as soon as the buyer has received access to the file or the corresponding delivery receipt. Once delivery has been completed, sales are generally final. The Platform may, at its discretion, approve a refund in the following cases:

Creator-specific cases

Creators may grant refunds beyond the cases above for their own works. Such refunds are subject to the Creator's agreement; the Platform passes the request through and returns the funds via the original payment method when approved.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, card network, and issuing bank.

How to request a refund

Email support@digitalartdrop.com with your order reference, payment date, and a short description of the issue. Please contact the Platform before opening a payment dispute so the order can be investigated.
